C & D Beading Co. is a small family owned business located in the greater metropolitan Washington, DC area. The company was started by Camryn, who was 8 years old at the time, and her mother Dara “C&D”, who are both creative souls with a passion for jewelry making. Camryn is a straight A student and rising 5th grader. She also has a passion for dancing. Her training includes acro, jazz and ballet. In addition, this young creative is an an artist who enjoys creating paintings, sculptures and sketches. Camryn also loves gymnastics and swimming. Since a small child, Camryn has expressed that she wanted to be a business owner when she grows up so that she can help other little girls demonstrate their “girl power” too. Camryn and her mom have enjoyed making beautiful sparkly beaded jewelry together for years and would often “send a little sparkle” to friends and family to brighten their day. In 2020 they decided to turn their passion into a business!
